One of my favorites of the genus, Dendrobium dichaeoides. It is named for the growth habit resembling that of another orchid genus, Dichaea, which is native to the Neotropics. Unlike species in Dichaea, this plant is native to New Guinea. Photos by Eric Hunt, found at OrchidSpecies.com. One of my favorites of the genus, Dendrobium dichaeoides.
